INFORMATION INTERNET USERS IN THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
PURSUANT TO ART. 13 D. LGS. 30.06.2003, N. 196
In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, the Brunello Domenico spa, located in (36061) Bassano del Grappa (VI), Via Capitelvecchio, 92, in his capacity as owner, informs you as to what are the aims and methods of treatment of personal collected data, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution.
The data collected from affected parties, to the data being processed, are processed and used directly to fulfil instrumental aims, to the request sent by the interested parties;

You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, data anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including unnecessary data for the purposes of which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is proved impossible or involves means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
You have the right to object, entirely or in part:
a) to legitimate the reasons that regard the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
TIME OF STORAGE:
The data will be kept for the time strictly required to carry out these purposes, subject to the right to object to the processing freely exercised by the user.

Article. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, consent to the processing of these data is necessary because these are gathered out of previous contractual agreements.
